Each year I take part in the amazing Tapas Fantasticas event put on by Wines from Rioja in the UK.
Each year I have too many wines to pour for too many wine lovers to be able to cope on my own. Last year I put out a call for some help and Mathilde (@mathildecuisine) came to my aide and has since become a great friend too.
This year I am again looking for folks who can help me out during the show which takes place by Tower Bridge on 25/26/27 June 2010. The show runs from 12:00 to 18:00 (and till 20:00 on Friday) so if I can get a few people willing to do a few hours of pouring on a particular day, I’m willing to get them into the fair AND provide both wine to take home and some spending money to enjoy the wine & tapas on offer. It isn’t much, but hopefully you’ll find it rewarding and I do promise to give you a crash course on Rioja as well as some suggestions on the best wines to try (other than the ones you will be pouring).
